NAME ROLE
Ruth Vaughan Setting Manager:- Trained to Level 6 BA Early Years, PGC Early Years, ILM Level 3, Safeguarding Lead and Senco.
Sharon Beadle Setting deputy/ Preschool Room Leader:- Trained level 3 DPP, ILM level 2, Safeguarding Preschool Lead. First Aider, Key Person.
Ali Kennett Preschool Room Leader:- Trained to level 6 BA Hons Early Years, Equality and Diversity co-ordinator. First Aider, Key Person.
Debbie Illahi After School Club Leader;- Trained to level 3 Playwork, Safeguarding After School Club Lead. First Aider, Key Person.
Zoe Fredericks Forest school Leader:- Trained to Forest School Leader Level 3, Early Years Professional, (EYP) Level 6, First Aider, Key Person.
Linda Kitching Setting Administrator:-Trained to level 3 Early years, First Aider.
Linda Gardner, Karen Warmington, Sue Pomroy, Dan Ferrett, Silvana Barjami Early Years Practitioners/ Key Persons/ First Aiders

Our key person system ensures:

● Each member of staff has particular responsibility for a small number of children.
● Each child has one special adult to relate to, assisting with settling in.
● The key person can easily tailor the curriculum to the unique needs of each individual child.
● Parent and carer contact is focussed on one member of staff, so allowing a better link to the home setting.
● All Key person’s have a buddy to support children in the instance of staff absence.
